Jude is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor Member, approved by MHFA England to deliver mental health first aid courses. She is also an Associate Instructor for MHFA England, delivering  training to their workplace based clients.

A highly experienced group facilitator, Jude has delivered Mental Health First Aid Training since January 2013, across a wide range of sectors and industries. She is able to draw upon and appropriately share, knowledge and insight acquired during 20 years of working with people experiencing mental health issues, including counselling young people, supporting adults diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health disorders, and managing staff teams working within stressful environments.

Jude lectured in Further and Adult Education, before working in voluntary sector Mental Health Services. Her academic and vocational qualifications include the Certificate in Community Mental Health Care, Certificate in Education (FE), and a postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy from The University of Oxford.
